Crone: An Atlas of Feminine Suicide

Crone is a hybrid text incorporating narrative, illustration, theatre, lyric, and myth to map two interiors: that of a woman’s journey into adulthood and that of her post-suicide alter ego traversing the landscape of death. Throughout the narrative, the two aspects come at existence from opposite places in time and space, stitching herself together across chapters as a maiden becomes crone, and crone, maiden.

Below is a sneak peek at the first three chapters of the sixteen-chapter book.
